Rental fees are negotiable accounting for impacts on the building and any community service the event provides. A typical Saturday private rental of both floors such as a large wedding or anniversary party with food will generally run $350 with a $50 discount for Sunday. Cleaning deposits are $200. Significant discounts are available for smaller functions with lighter use of building or long term weekly or monthly dates. Community service and youth organizations may apply for use of the building at no charge (4H, Scouts, Habitat for Humanity, Master Gardeners and etc.)
