1,  Basement floor furniture move-out 2:00pm (Per July 23 email:  relocate outside-using ramp). Basement floor  grind and seal   - Scheduled for July 28 and 29.  Rental on August 9.  Restore furniture when?
2.  Chaps (squared dance club that uses our hall) are going to have two free square dance lessons (Sept 14 and 21).  A direct mail campaign is being organized to promote the lessons.
Do we want to add a Maplewood open house to their events and to the mailer?  If so, when?
Cost would be $100 - $200 if we participate in the mailer.  Recent promotional results have been poor but maybe the combination would be more successful?

Discussion:  Open House could be 9/21 at 4:00pm with snacks.  Dan volunteered home-made Cookies with lemonade.  Can serve other light refreshments too. .   Can borrow Corn-Hole game (with bean bags) from OSG, and perhaps other yard games.

Note:  Direct Mailers are distributed 8/19, 8/25 and 9/1 (to over 370 households) and state:
Casual attire, no partner required and no experience needed.
