October Minutes

October meeting summary pending minutes availability.
Attendance = 6  No quorum
Added bathroom fans to hall improvement project priority list.
Treasurers report closing balance  $12,099.10
Bills paid  ($15.98 plus quarterly report $208)
Dan will call Stanley Steamer and schedule bathroom floor and ball room bench cleaning.  Norma and her cleaning business will attempt to maintain bench upholstry in a clean state.
Maplewood will not participate in Rural Organizing Project's campaign.  
3 resolutions were read and discussed.  Copies will be sent to members to review for next meeting.  Those that members can agree on will be forwarded to Pomona.
