Early access to refrigerators or for decoration can generally be accommodated.  Rentals of downstairs only includes full kitchen facilities and restrooms in the entry foyer. Upstairs only rental includes use of the dance floor, stage and foyer  but not kitchen or dining area.  See rental contract for additional details.
