July Agenda

​Regular but still special!  Hope to see you all at the next Maplewood meeting.  We have a lot of activity coming up and your input is important so please bear with me and review the whole email.  Also I wanted to apologize for missing/cancelling the last meeting.  Concentrating on a (very hot) roofing project at my son's house caused a memory lapse which led to me being a long way in the wrong direction at meeting time.
 
Some agenda things I know about for this meeting:
 
Clackamas Co. Fair display - I have some ideas and samples, we need to finalize what we are doing.
Scout Troop use of the Hall - Mondays around 6 -8 PM
Chaps fund raiser at Hubbard Hop Festival - An opportunity?
Zumba rental - Any problems?
Upcoming Election - Do we want to sponsor any meetings?
Fall open house planning
Foyer Floor - results of Nagle's visit
Any interest in a visitation or evening out yet this summer?
                Aurora concert series
                Springwater's ice cream social
                Other?
Water test pending
Grant application was sent in
Summer maintenance needed:
                Siding paint patched
                Squirrel hotel closed
                roof screws installed
                ramp painted
                back door and shed door painted/caulked
 
Plus your items I don't yet know about.
 
Whew!  I said there was a lot but if we keep the meeting moving it shouldn't be too painful!
