2.  Planning for 50 attendees

3.  Refreshments

• Coffee and Cider – Dan and JoAnn
• Pumpkin bars/cookies – Betty, Vickie, Sandy, Kathy
• Katie will bring take and bake pizza for members after cleaning up.
• Birthday cake?

4.  Pumpkin Painting/Carving

• Allow parent supervised carving with non-lethal equipment.
• 40 pumpkins, 30 Dan, 10 Betty
• Decorative materials (patterns, paint, etc) – Dan and JoAnn
• Plastic for floor and tables – Dan and JoAnn

5.  Games

• Fishing booth for kids –Dan will bring pole, booth by ?
• Apple bobbing for older kids/teens – Betty to bring tub, apples, towels
• Prizes – Candy – Sandy  /  Dollar Store - Betty

6.  Grange promotion

• Museum with narrator – Betty will ask Scott
• Building tours - Dan
• Fair video presentation program and State Grange program - Dan
• Poster/flyers – Betty will make 100 copies
• Katie will bring Halloween music
